This week and next week, Xiaomi should organize several events to present these novelties. The first event is a press conference scheduled for July 19, in 2 days. The date was made official by a teaser last week. The 2nd event was not officially announced. The rumors speak of an officialization of the Mi A2, the international version of Android One Mi 6X, set on July 25, and that of Mi A2 Lite, his little brother. This is a busy program.
If you walk inside the latest leaks, you probably know that the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will have a 6.9-inch screen and an impressive 5,500 mAh battery. Yeah, the Chinese manufacturer actually confirmed such information and now also revealed some of the design of the handset in a new commercial Video. The theme of the commercial video is “One big screen is like a sea, and the small screen is a passerby”, highlighting its 6.9-inch giant screen.
At the same time, the front and back appearance of the Xiaomi Max 3 also flowed out together. From the video screenshots, as the largest screen Smartphone in history, Xiaomi Max 3 adopts the current mainstream full-screen design with aspect ratio 18:9, and the screen has a significant improvement compared with the Mi Max 2, but the upper and lower frames have a certain balance. As you can see a Mi Max 3 will have a vertically aligned dual camera + fingerprint scanner, the overall size of the phone can barely be grasped with one hand.
According to the recent rumor, Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will be powered a Snapdragon 636, Octa-core Qualcomm clocked at 1.8 GHz. This chipset will be accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB. Or, at least, it will be one of the possible configurations, because others are expected (and are more generous). Photo side, we learn that the Mi Max 3 would be equipped with a dual 12MP + photosensor, the main sensor pixels measuring 1.4 microns (promise of bright and contrasting photo). Finally, MIUI 9.6, on an Android 8.1 Oreo base, animates the whole.
It remains to know the price, the different configurations available, the date of marketing and markets where the Mi Max 3 will be available. There is a good chance that the phone will come to us since Xiaomi is finally officially present in France. However, it will be necessary to be patient before having the confirmation.
