Asus has announced the new Asus Zenwatch 3 smartwatch at IFA 2016 in Berlin, Germany. It runs Android Wear OS, and has a round Stainless steel shell and 9.95mm thickness, more good-looking and traditional design. ZenWatch 3 is powered by Snapdragon 2100 processor. It has 1.39inch AMOLED screen, 2.5D corning Gorilla glass. This smartwatch has three colors with Bronze, silver and rose golden.
ZenWatch 3 is equipped with Italian leather strap, or dark brown or beige rubber strap with high quality. Users can choose over 50 dials with different kinds of parts including weather data, pedometer, notification, etc. ZenWatch 3 uses three buttons, allowing users to show adjust the display modes and other operation.
ZenWatch 3 smartwatch can track your fitness state including pedometer and other functions. It supports walking, running, push-ups and sit-ups, etc. ZenWatch 3 can support IP67 waterproof.
The new Snapdragon 2100 chipset is used in Zenwatch 3 smartwatch which can reduce 25% power consumption. Therefore, it can support up to 2 days battery life and it will also support HyperCharge quick charge technology. It can charge in 15 minutes for up to 60% power. Asus claims that ZenWatch 3 will start to go public in Europe at 229 euros.
