From the platform of crowdfunding for Xiaomi get a new Intelligent Fingerprint Door Lock called Loock Classic 2S and it is priced at 1599 Yuan (about $231). The price is said to include home installation.
Xiaomi Loock Classic 2S adopts the in-line C-class lock cylinder which is inserted into the lock body. Even if the panel is broken, the door cannot be opened directly through the lock core hole. It is automatically locked and the main locking lever is automatically popped up without lifting the handle.
Multiple sensors are added to the lock lever, once the virtual cover state is detected, such as the door is not closed the door lock will promptly sound an alarm.
Its integrated handle design has the latest generation of fingerprint modules to support live fingerprint recognition and self-learning ability. The fingerprint recognition rate for the elderly and children is increased by 11.98%.
The Fingerprint Door Lock can achieve 6 different types of unlocking procedures using the fingerprint, mobile phone app connected via Bluetooth, password, a physical key, remote password, and NFC unlock.
Its 21mm ultra-thin panel design, front panel integrated IML, more weather-resistant and scratch-resistant, strip light is set above the password area, the bar light is illuminated when unlocked, and the home is more ceremonial.
In terms of security, Xiaomi Loock Classic 2S support fake password anti-peeping, anti-cat eye lock, independent anti-lock tongue, anti-smash alarm, and built-in Mijia security chip, support APP one-stop management. It also supports Mijia smart device connectivity, such as detecting unlocking and automatically light up the house.
