Known for operating in the most diverse market segments, Xiaomi occasionally presents some curious products. This time, the company announced a portable head massager which officially known as “Mini head massager“.
The Chinese claim that it is a great companion for those who need to relax after a stressful day. This is because it massages the hair leather and increases the blood circulation in the region. Thus, in addition to relieving tension, the new product promises to be useful for healthcare. The device was launched with four rotary massage brushes and offers a variety of speed adjustments, which can be seen on the OLED screen.
On its official website, Xiaomi states that the “Mini head massager” simulates human hand gestures. Thus, despite being an electronic device, it promises to mimic actions such as opening and closing with fingers, pushing and pulling.
For added user and massager protection, their brushes are rubber coated and IPX6 certified. In addition, each massage cycle lasts an average of 10 minutes. Thus a full charge can last up to 6 cycles. The charging base of the massager is also detachable, preventing possible damage to the USB port. For now, the “Mini head massager” can only be found in China. Its starting price is 199 yuan ( around $28).
