Among the wide range of products, Xiaomi has an extensive range of Mijia items designed to facilitate our day-to-day use in our home. This is done by the new Mijia Electric Water Kettle 1A, a renovation of the well-known Xiaomi electric kettle that this time improves its design and part of its features.
Its structure is made of high strength PP plastic, with a size of 215x152x251mm and a weight of just 1.1Kg. Its lines have been improved providing a much more minimalist air and a much nicer design.
In its upper part, we find a double large opening lid that allows it to open at an angle greater than 90º. To this end, a small mechanical button has been provided that, in addition to completely sealing the container, allows it to be opened with a simple click without burning. Inside we find a coating in 304 stainless steel. In addition to providing great hygiene, it allows cleaning easily. Its internal volume is 1.5 liters with a total diameter of 13cm.
On one of its sides, we find a small light that will indicate the operating status. Likewise, in its lower part, it has a cable guard that will allow us to wind the remaining power cable.
For its operation, it makes use of a powerful resistance capable of providing 1800w. Thanks to this we can boil water to prepare all kinds of infusions or soluble drinks in minutes. It also incorporates various protection systems so that there is no overheating after improper use or any type of electrical failure.
The new Mijia Electric Water Kettle 1A has already been put up for sale in China starting at a price of 79 yuan, about 11 euros to change (US$ 12). For now, it is not expected to be put on sale outside the borders of the Asian country although it is very likely that we will see it for sale through the best-known resellers.
