Today a new OPPO smartphone was certified at TENAA with the model number OPPO PDKM00. Notably, it will be a 5G smartphone. And now, on the same day, a Weibo blogger has released an online poster of the new OPPO A92s, and related configuration data has also been exposed.
First, the name of OPPO PDKM00 will be A92s. The poster image also shares a lot of configuration parameters, including the confirmation that the device comes with 5G connectivity.
Regarding the specific configuration
He writes, the Oppo A92s has a 6.57 inch IPS LCD screen with a long hole in the upper left corner to accommodate the dual selfie camera. More interestingly, it will have a screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of power, OPPO A92s is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 800 octa-core chip, connected to LPDDR4X RAM and UFS2.1 internal memory. However, it is not clear whether this phone has a microSD expansion slot.
Regarding the cameras
On the front, OPPO A92s will come with Sony IMX471 16MP main sensor + 2MP depth sensor. While on the back, it has quad cameras, including Sony IMX586 48MP main sensor + 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens + 2MP macro camera + 2MP depth sensor.
OPPO A92s has a 4000mAh battery, supports 18W fast charging. Notably, it will be the company’s first smartphone to come with fast charging technology that is not the usual VOOC technology. Coming to the software, the phone is expected to run the latest Android 10, with the ColorOS interface.
Digital Chat Station already leaked that Oppo A92s will be available in two color variants namely Gradient White and Navy Black. This image gives us a look at the rear design. OPPO has adopted a squircle housing for the four rear cameras but styles it up a bit by placing two of the sensors and the LED flash in a pill-shaped housing within the main one.
In addition, We already know there will be an 8GB RAM + 128GB (UFS 2.1 storage) version with a price tag of 2499 yuan (about $355) according to the image above.
