Over the past few weeks, there’s been word on the grapevine about yet another upcoming Xiaomi smartphone. The phone is expected to be the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro “Super Large Cup” and new information has now surfaced about a potential launch window.
Today, Lei Jun the founder and CEO of Xiaomi has barely hinted on Weibo that the Mi 10 Pro Super Large Cup conference is coming soon.
He said, “Suddenly discovered that since the Xiaomi Mi 10 conference in February, I haven’t held a conference for a long time. Do you miss me?” So, it seems that the Mi 10 Pro Super Large Cup conference will be hosted by himself.
Apart, a week ago, Lei Jun said that now the flagship device stack has more and more functions, the design difficulty and cost are getting higher and higher. Which functions are necessary? Judging from the configuration listed, it seems to hint at multiple bright configurations of the new Mi 10 Pro super large cup phone.
These functions include:
- Dual speakers
- X-axis linear motor
- High screen refresh rate
- 3.5mm headphone jack
- NFC
- Infrared remote control
- 30x and above zoom
- Front and rear optical sensors (sensitive automatic brightness)
- 4500mAh and above battery
- Wireless charging
- VC heat sink
Previously a Chinese blog has reported that Xiaomi’s new Smartphone has passed the national 3C certification with 120W fast charging support. In addition according to a tweet by popular tipster Digital Chat Station, the new Mi 10 Pro “Super Large Cup” will be upgraded to a 120Hz AMOLED screen, equipped with Snapdragon 865, and its CPU frequency reaches 2.84GHz (overclocking is expected).
Moreover, the phone will continue to optimize the zoom capability on the basis of 100MP Quad-camera, and the first launch will be equipped with a 120W super fast charge of Xiaomi. So, it will sit at the very top of Xiaomi’s product hierarchy and will be priced accordingly. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on this.
