Xiaomi officially released the Mi 11 mobile phone for overseas markets yesterday, and at the same time officially released the Global version of the MIUI 12.5 system.
The Global version of MIUI 12.5 is roughly the same as the domestic version. It has comprehensively improved the system UI, reduced CPU usage by 22%, reduced power consumption by 15%, and optimized the operating feel, providing a dedicated thread for gestures to ensure a timely response.
The Global version of MIUI 12.5 also supports the removal of more pre-installed software and can hide some core software.
The Global version of MIUI 12.5 will be pushed to the first batch of devices in the second quarter (April to May), and the second batch of devices will be pushed at the end of the second quarter. The first batch of devices pushed include Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, and Mi 11.
