The two are equipped with Snapdragon 888 and new Snapdragon 8 processors respectively. The MediaTek version of OPPO Find X5 will only have one version of Dimensity 9000. According to the blogger’s revelations, the current version is caught in the middle and I don’t know how to name it. Importantly, OPPO’s self-developed NPU chip will not be installed on the Dimensity 9000 version of the OPPO Find X5.
According to the parameters of the previous Dimensity 9000, the ISP performance of the Dimensity 9000 this time can be described as a leap forward, and it is not even inferior to the ISP specifications of the new Snapdragon 8. With excellent hardware as a foundation, coupled with the positioning of the flagship, the image algorithm of the Dimensity 9000 this time may be deeply adjusted by the manufacturer.
But judging from the results, the Qualcomm version is equipped with a self-developed NPU, and the MediaTek version directly uses the built-in ISP. The camera performance of the Dimensity 9000 version of the OPPO Find X5 is very worth looking forward to. Perhaps this time, Fage will not only surpass Qualcomm in performance but also regain the same level of imaging capabilities.
Other than that, the designs of the three OPPO Find X5s are basically the same. The rendering of the real machine has also been exposed, not only in black, white, and other color schemes but also in the continuation of the characteristic “crater” rear-camera design. The actual performance is yet to be officially released.
