In terms of core hardware, IGEEKPHONE quoted a blog post as introducing that the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra follows the high-end route of the S10 Ultra, equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity 9400+ flagship chip, and is complemented by up to 16GB of memory and 1TB of storage space. The battery capacity reaches 11600mAh and it supports 45W wired fast charging.

In terms of the camera system, the S11 Ultra features a waterdrop front screen design and is equipped with a single 12-megapixel camera, eliminating the ultra-wide-angle front camera of the previous generation. In terms of software, the tablet comes pre-installed with One UI 8.0 based on Android 16 from the factory and promises seven years of system and security updates. It may be released at the IFA 2025 conference to be held next month.
