Igeekphone reported on February 21st that source Roland Quent released a message on the Bluesky platform yesterday (February 20th), disclosing that Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro headphones have been launched on the Amazon platform. The page shows that the prices remain unchanged, at $179.99 and $249.99 respectively.
From a design perspective, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro has undergone significant adjustments compared to the previous generation, Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The charging case features a larger transparent cover design, and the original LED light strip on the outside of the earphones has been replaced with a flat metal decorative panel.

The headphones still feature a silicone earplug design to enhance the passive noise reduction effect. They also support active noise cancellation (ANC) and transparency mode, allowing for switching between ambient sounds in different usage scenarios. Additionally, the Pro version will be equipped with upgraded speaker units to improve the sound quality.
In other aspects, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro is expected to support multiple AI assistants and introduce gesture control functionality. When paired with the charging case, its overall battery life can reach up to 26 hours, and it has an IP57 level of dust and water resistance, ensuring a certain level of protection even in the event of accidental water immersion.

In contrast, the Galaxy Buds4 has made some trade-offs in terms of configuration. This version has removed the silicone earbud design, and theoretically, its passive noise reduction effect is inferior to that of the Pro version. However, it still supports active noise cancellation. The protection level is IP55, mainly designed to handle daily rain and splashes. The audio unit specifications have been reduced, and the overall battery life is approximately 24 hours, slightly lower than that of the Pro version.
Samsung Galaxy Buds4 series of headphones are expected to be released together with the Galaxy S26 series at Samsung’s Unpacked event on February 25th.
