The bezel-less Elephone P9000 Edge is still weeks away from launch, and its been a long wait for fans of the device, so it cant come soon enough for those waiting. We are beginning to get some more detail since the device was first revealed to the world in January. Lets start with what we already know,after a real life image of the device made an appearance on the internet, we know it comes with dual shooters around the back.
We were left guessing about what configuration the Elephone P9000 Edge would come with, until now.
The Elephone P9000 Edge will come with 2 x Sony IMX258 shooters round the back, as well as PDAF. The Elephone P9000 Edge dual snappers work the same way as all other in the market today. The 1st, or primary camera sensor looks after the taking of the image whilst the depth of field is is looked after by the 2nd, or secondary sensor depth which also takes in the spatial information to ensure the image is correct with fast results.
By doing this the camera function supports depth of field images, this also blurs the background images to ensure the image subject is in focus. Dual cameras also bring with them improved images taken in low light conditions such as night time, and greatly improves the quality of the shot by also reducing noise and spots. More and more chinese smartphones are being released with dual cameras round the back.For those that are not aware , besides this new info about the camera sensors, the Elephone P9000 Edge will come with the following specs.
The Elephone P9000 Edge will have a MTK6755 Helio P10 64 bit Octa Core processor, come with a very respectable 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM will run on the Android 6.0 OS ,it will also come with an 8.0 MP front camera,dual 21MP Sony IMX258 camera sensors at the back. The Elephone P9000 Edge will have a 5.5 inch 1920 x 1080 screen and come with a fingerprint sensor, supports NFC and have a Type C USB interface.The Elephone P9000 Edge is looking more and more interesting, We cant wait to get our hands on this bad boy, so like the rest of you,we await with itchy hands on its impending release.
