The 64 GB storage + 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage + 6 GB RAM variants of the Xiaomi Mi 6 are no longer available for buying on the Chinese site of Xiaomi. It is currently selling only the 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM edition which indicates that Xiaomi is prepping up for the launch of the successor phone – the Xiaomi Mi 7. The rumor mill has been spilling plenty of information on the upcoming Mi 7 flagship. However, none of the renders have revealed the exact design of the phone. Today, a couple of leaked photos of the Xiaomi Mi 7 have surfaced on Weibo.
As it can be seen in the newly leaked photos of the white colored variant of the Xiaomi Mi 7, it features a stainless-steel frame. Just like the Mi 6, the Mi 7 does not feature a 3.5mm audio jack. The bottom edge of the phone features an external speaker grille, USB-C port and a microphone. The two antenna strips are clearly visible on the bottom side of the phone.
The side of the phone gives an idea that the Xiaomi Mi 7 will be equipped with a vertically arranged dual camera setup. It might feature the dual lenses between the two camera sensors. The right side of the phone has a power button and volume rocker. There is a SIM card slot on the left edge of the device. As rumors have claimed, it may feature a full screen display and it is likely to be powered by Snapdragon 845 and 6 GB of RAM. It may feature an under-display fingerprint sensor.
