As you already know, at the end of 2020, after the release of the full version of

Minecraft PE 1.16.201

with the Nether update, Mojang presented a new update for 2021, which was called Caves & Cliffs.

Players can now find animals such as mountain goats in mountain biomes, and in caves, players can face a creature like the Warden. The snowy mountains are now not as safe as they were before because now the player can even fall through the powder snow, or if you carefully explore the area, you will find amethysts. All this and more in the coming full update!

Mobs

Two new mobs will be added to Minecraft PE 1.17.40, 1.17.50, and 1.17.60, namely Warden and Axolotl. If the first mob is extremely aggressive and hostile towards the player, then the second is friendly.

Please note that the Warden creature lives in the caves of Minecraft PE 1.17.40, 1.17.50, and 1.17.60, and it has no eyes. However, this mob has very good hearing and can determine your location by sound. But on the other hand, this can be used and in some situations even save your life. For example, a player can throw a snowball or a stone at a wall, which will create a noise that will distract this creature. The Warden will then start looking for the source of the sound and leave you.

Axolotls in Minecraft PE 1.17.40, 1.17.50, and 1.17.60 can be found in lakes in a lush cave. To tame this creature, players need to place them in a bucket of water.

After that, the axolotls can be placed next to the Warden, after which they will help the player in the fight against the Warden, attacking him with their heads.

Lush cave

This is a new location in Minecraft PE 1.17.40, 1.17.50, and 1.17.60, which is generated underground. The lush cave is a small location with beautiful lakes and a variety of flora and fauna. Here players can start their survival in the underworld. Also in the lush cave, you can find the aforementioned axolotls.

Amethyst

Among the new materials in Minecraft PE 1.17.40, 1.17.50, and 1.17.60, it is worth paying attention to such material as amethyst. It can be obtained from Amethyst Geode in two forms, namely Budding Amethyst and Block of Amethyst. Amethyst can be used by players mainly for crafting new items that were added to the Minecraft world in the Minecraft PE update 1.17.40, 1.17.50, and 1.17.60 Caves & Cliffs.

Bundle

The bundle is a new item in Minecraft PE 1.17.40, 1.17.50, and 1.17.60. It can store exactly a stack of various items. We draw your attention to the fact that for some things, the stack can be, for example, 16 pieces. In other words, if you put 8 Ender pearls in the bag, then the player can additionally store 32 more here.
