Lenovo has held the second Tech World science and technology innovation conference in Silicon, USA. and released Lenovo Moto Z and Moto Z Force flagship smartphones today. Moto Z only has 5.2mm thickness which is the thinnest smartphone in the world now. It’s worthwhile to compliment that Lenovo has also released Moto Modz module platform for smartphone expansion with other functions which plays very important role for smartphone field. As we know, Lenovo has purchased MOTOROLA for several years. It doesn’t change sales of Lenovo,But this time, Lenovo has done the real phone that other brands will imitate.
Many specialists think this Moto Z phone will pay tribute to Motorola V3 which has only 5.2mm thickness, 136g weight. Its body takes aluminum alloy and stainless steel material, it has external nano waterproof coating, spill-resistant, anti-wet in the rain.
As for its specification, it used 5.5inch 2K display, Snapdragon 820 processor, RAM 4GB, ROM 32GB or ROM 64GB optional, expandable for 2TB. The dual camera has 5MP front camera wide viewing angle and flashlight and 13MP Back camera F1.8 aperture, OIS (optical image stabilization) and laser focus supporting. It supports fingerprint scanner on the Home button. It has 2,600mAh battery, supporting TurboPower quick charge, when you charge for 15 minutes, it supports 8-hour battery life. Moto Z has used USB-C port, bluetooth to connect the earphone instead of 3.5mm earphone jack.
About Moto Z Force, it has same appearance as Moto Z, but it has increased its thickness to 7mm, 163g weight, It is equipped with 5.5inch 2K screen, but it increased the second generation Moto ShatterSheild technology which is the well-known anti-drop screen. The back camera has upgraded to 21MP, and battery to 3500mAh. It can support 40 hours battery life according to official, it can also support TurboPower quick charge.
Last but not least, Moto Modz module can be the highlight of this conference. It can connect different modules by the back 16 metal touch point of Moto Z and Moto Z Force to realize extension function.
Lenovo also announced JBL SoundBoost music module, Insta-Share Projector projector module, Power Pack module, and Style Shell fashion back which can change the smart module.
It’s said Lenovo Moto Z and Moto Z Force and Moto Modz module will go to the public this Summer in USA, exclusively sold by Verizon, others places will start to sell in September. It’s unknown about its price, but it will not be over Iphone and Galaxy flagship phone according to media.So what price will they are?
