AmazFit has always amazed its user’s thanks to really very functional products with a design devoted to sportsmanship and with a good quality/price ratio. Today we will do a quick review (courtesy of Chinese technology blog MyDrivers) a device that could enter rightly among the absolute best buy of the company, or the new AmazFit Verge Lite.
The design has definitely convinced me, as it is 100% sporty and this is also favored by the materials used, namely ABS for the case and silicone for the strap, which make the AmazFit Verge Lite very light. The dimensions, in fact, are 4.30 x 4.30 x 1.26 centimeters for a weight of 46 grams.
The AmazFit Verge lite has an IP68 certification which makes it resistant to water and dust and, in fact, apart from the speaker and the microphone, we do not find inputs of any kind. The only button present is the Power button while the pins for recharging and the heart rate monitor reside below.
AmazFit Verge Lite is equipped with an AMOLED display from 1.3 inches diagonal with resolution 360 x 360 pixels and protection Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Despite its bigger screen, the device fits the width of the wrist for pleasant wearing experience for a longer period of time.
This smartwatch comes with a 24-hour heart rate monitor and a slew of other useful functions like reminder and SMS message, pedometer, sleep monitoring. Moreover, the smartwatch comes with 7 built-in sports modes including running, indoor running, trail running, walking, elliptical trainer, outdoor riding, and indoor riding. It adopts the GPS+GLONASS binary positioning system for accurate movement trajectory recording and provides calories burned data.
Under the shell of ‘ AmazFit Verge Lite, there is a battery of 390mAh, which gives us a normal usage of about 20 days and when the GPS is open and used, it has 40 hours of battery life. So i think AmazFit Verge lite is currently the most complete, functional and useful device of the Chinese company, thanks to good sensors, excellent software, a beautiful display, and great autonomy.
