Xiaomi Mijia Smart steaming oven is officially on sale. Its crowdfunding will be officially launched tomorrow (August 26), priced at 1,299 yuan, $185 and retailing at 1,499 yuan, $214 in the future.
Mijia smart steam oven is equipped with multiple functions of steaming, roasting, frying and stewing machine, 30 seconds of rapid steam, with its own water purification filter box, intelligent control support and other selling points.
It uses a full-door vertical body, built-in three layers of steaming and baking trough, at the same time, a complimentary stainless steel steaming tray, grill, baking tray, supporting three layers of cooking, barbecue, a multi-purpose machine, to meet the food needs of the whole family.
Driven by 1200W high-power evaporating plate, mijia smart steam oven can output uniform dense steam in 30 seconds and steam for 120 minutes by adding water once. A microcomputer controls the amount of steam and cooking time intelligently.
The baking mode is equipped with 1450W high power, a hidden hot baking tube on the back, and a 12cm large circulating fan to evenly distribute the heat in the furnace chamber, so as to better realize the effect of air frying and ensure the taste of food without oil discharge.
The unique roasting mode of the oven combines the two cooking modes to make the surface crispy, and the steaming can replenish water for the food, making barbecue or baked food more tender and tender. The chamber of Mijia intelligent steaming oven is made of 304 stainless steel of food contact grade, with hidden baking tube design. The inner wall is smooth without interference from the baking tube, which can easily clean the oil and water stains after cooking.
