After Huawei Honor MagicBook releases Ryzen R5-2500U version, AMD today has announced with Huawei that Matebook D 14 inch with Ryzen R5-2500U APU releases.
Currently in China, Huawei sells MateBook D 15.6 inch, powered by Intel 8th Core I5+MX 150 processor, so in price, Huawei MateBook D 14 inch should have obvious advantage, after all the performance of Vega8 is between MX 150 and 940M.
As for other aspect, Huawei MateBook D uses ultra thin design, metal back cover, RAM 8GB DDR4, 256GB SSD, 1.45kg weight, 15.8mm thickness, built in 57.4Wh battery. Besides, it has USB Type C port, which can charge for smartphone or tablet pc, built in four speaker with dolby effect. It will not sell in China, only for overseas.
