Powervision Robotics recently is planning to release a very innovative rc quadcotper, PowerVision PowerEgg, which is an egg-shaped UAV for better aerial photographing. This new UAV is very outstanding for its unique design and portability. Today we would like to introduce this new RC drone to let you what is the real innovation in rc quadcopter.
PowerVision PowerEgg is different from other four-axis drones to take the common x-shaped design, it has used oval chassis with four larger propellers, hat collapse into the body of the device. The dimmension is 27.20 x 17.60 x 10.50 cm which is very compact in design to bring more portability. It can be folded to put in your backpack.
As for PowerVision PowerEgg specs, it supports the gesture recognition control, the drone moves at your will. You are able to go on a carefree flight thanks to the 5km control distance and pause function. The 3-axis gimbal stabilizes the 4K HD camera, allowing you to shoot marvelous videos. In addition, it supports remote control for one key to take-off and one-key to return. And it can also hover in the mid-air as long as you activate the pause function. About battery, it has come with 6,400mAh battery with 23-minute flight time. Meanwhile, it supports GPS function with great precision, even the optical positioning system can be resorted to when GPS does not work. There are versatile apps installed in this drone, so you can share photos or videos online freely. There is the other advantage that its software system and remote control design helps us train the drone faster than other drones.
So we also care about the release date, right now PowerVision claims it will come out in the second quater of 2016. But we still don’t know the exact date, we believe it will come out soon in the next one month, and as for tis price, PowerVision PowerEgg will be very competitive to be the best rival of DJI.
