Xiaomi recently officially announced the Xiaomi Mi 10/Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition two models. Today, Lei Jun communicated with netizens on issues related to Xiaomi MIX α that Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha 2 is a pre-research project. Mass production is too difficult and has been abandoned.
Xiaomi released Mi MIX Alpha 2 on September 24, 2019. Xiaomi MIX α uses a titanium alloy frame, black precision ceramics on the back, a whole piece of sapphire glass covering the lens, a 180.6% screen-to-body surround screen, pressure sensitivity on the side, a linear motor on the side, and a double-folding flexible screen.
The design uses layered surround lamination technology, 360° protective material lamination, screw-in assembly technology, brand-new screen sound technology, and screen fingerprint technology, AI + multi-sensor anti-mistouch technology. In addition, Mi MIX Alpha 2 also supports intelligent scene recognition, which can intelligently identify information such as high-speed rail and flights.

According to Lei Jun’s previous disclosure, Mi MIX Alpha 2 began to research and development two years ago, with 1,000 engineers invested in it, and the total investment reached 500 million yuan.
