    Under the hood, the CoreBook Pro sports an Intel Core i3-6157U dual-core CPU with integrated Intel Iris 550 graphics. While the laptop has a great design and a promising screen, this chip is a 4-year-old entry-level CPU, and as such, not that great of a performer. The CoreBook Pro also has 8 GB 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM and a 256 GB SATA M.2 SSD. On-board RAM is 8GB of DDR4, a comfortable amount for multi-tasking. The storage is entrusted to a 256GB SSD in M.2 SATA 3 format associated with a second M.2 slot free for a possible evolution of the storage. The random access memory is soldered but the processor can’t manage more than 8 GB.

    Features

    Chuwi GemiBook also becomes interesting when looking at the connections. Here the Chuwi Gemibook offers a full-fledged USB-A port with USB 3.0 connectivity, as well as a real USB-C port, which can be used for video signal output as well as for charging via USB-PD 2.0. A classic DC-In port is also available. In addition, there is a Micro SD card reader and a headphone port. For a mobile power supply, Chuwi equips the Gemibook with a 38W hour battery.
