A full year has passed since the MIUI 12 was launched. This interface, which Xiaomi users love, has gained a great innovation before MIUI 13. As it is known, the Chinese manufacturer announced before the New Year that it will bring a large version called MIUI 12.5. This version, in which various optimizations and innovations are promised, was announced as expected at the launch of the Mi 11 flagship and was offered to test users as a closed beta.
Now, the Chinese manufacturer has announced that it will offer MIUI 12.5 software, which it has been testing in closed beta for a while, publicly and has published a list of 28 models, including high-end and mid-range models, including the Xiaomi Mi 10 or even the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 7.
To be exact, these first devices to receive the MIUI 12.5 update and therefore, will be part of the first to receive the first stable version for the Chinese ROM and probably for the Global one are;
Xiaomi Mi 11, Xiaomi Mi 10, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra, Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition, Xiaomi Mi 9, Xiaomi Mi 9SE, Xiaomi Mi 9 Transparent Exclusive Edition, Xiaomi CC9 Pro, Xiaomi CC9, Xiaomi CC9e, Xiaomi CC9 Meitu, Redmi 10X, Redmi 10X Pro, Redmi K30, Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30i 5G, Redmi K30 Pro / K30 Ultra, Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Note 8, Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro.
New MIUI 12.5 release; It comes with major upgrades in system dynamics, sound effects, tactile design and memory optimization. The system now offers a smooth performance by consuming less RAM.
Therefore, it would be expected that by the middle of the year these devices mentioned will be the first to start receiving MIUI 12.5 Global. In addition, this update will give rise to the arrival of MIUI 13 that we could see into the autumn season or perhaps, almost at the end of the year.
On the other hand, it is to be expected that not all the news of MIUI 12.5 for the China ROM will end up reaching the Global ROM. It is very likely that only some devices will receive them and it will not be until MIUI 13 when we see them all on our smartphone.
