The company Xiaomi managed to publish two teasers of the upcoming gaming laptop Redmi G 2021 within 24 hours. The first teaser confirmed the very existence of the laptop and the date of the presentation. The second revealed that it will be equipped with a GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card.
Moreover, the model will receive the most powerful version of the graphics accelerator with a TGP 130W. The card is based on the Ampere generation GA106 GPU with 3840 stream processors and a frequency of up to 1750 MHz in Boost mode. The adapter is equipped with 6GB of internal GDDR6 RAM with a 192-bit bus and an effective frequency of 14 GHz. VRAM bandwidth reaches 336GB/s.
The Redmi G 2021 has every chance of becoming the most productive gaming laptop in the Xiaomi range in terms of the graphics subsystem. Now, this is considered Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro X 15, which received a GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card.
According to rumors, it is believed that the new Redmi G will have two versions, one with an Intel processor and one with a Ryzen CPU. The rest of the settings will be kept. It’s interesting to remember that these notebooks may come with a 512GB SSD and up to 64GB of RAM memory.
It is assumed that the upcoming Redmi G 2021 has received a 16.1 ”panel with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. There is no more information about the laptop. The premiere is scheduled for September 22.
