Under normal circumstances, Xiaomi’s digital series models will first be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series flagship processors. From this point of view, the new Xiaomi machine code named Wukong may be the Xiaomi 12 series.
Considering that Xiaomi first released the Snapdragon 888 flagship processor in December last year, the first model is Xiaomi 11. Therefore, there is reason to expect that Xiaomi Mi 12 may also be released in December this year, and it is expected to be the first Qualcomm Snapdragon 898.
The chip uses Samsung’s 4nm process and is also designed with a three-cluster architecture of super large core + large core + small core. The super large core is upgraded to Cortex X2, and the performance will create a new height in the Android camp.
