The Realme 9i is powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC and runs Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box. It’s built around a 6.6-inch FullHD+ 90Hz LCD, protected by DragonTrail Pro glass, and has a punch hole in the upper left corner for the 16MP selfie camera.
Design
In terms of design, compared with most realme phones, the appearance of the realme 9i has not changed much. It uses a punch-hole screen design on the upper left, three rear cameras, and an LED flash, which are arranged in a rectangular module and placed vertically. The volume up and down buttons are on the left side of the device, and the power button with the built-in fingerprint sensor is on the right.
There is a microphone at the top. The 3.5mm headphone jack, main microphone, speaker grill, and USB Type-C port are located at the bottom. Also, the phone appears to be made of plastic, so the price shouldn’t be too high. The realme 9i is equipped with a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a high refresh rate of 90Hz.

It is reported that the machine is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset and Adreno 610 GPU. Complemented by 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, it supports further memory expansion via a microSD card.

In other respects, it is revealed that the front of the Realme 9i is equipped with a 16-megapixel selfie camera, supports 33W fast charging, and has a 5000mAh battery. Since it sports an LCD panel, the fingerprint sensor is mounted on the side. The phone retains the 3.5mm headphone jack.
