1. Sample delivery time requirements:
Time: Please make sure to deliver the goods before April 20th
Delivery time: 9:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday (no delivery on Sunday)
2. Packaging requirements of samples:
① Electronic cigarettes should be insulated or anti-accidental starting measures, fixed in the package to avoid moving.
② Electronic cigarettes should use strong and hard outer packaging.
(3) Electronic cigarettes (cigarette holder, fume, electronic atomizing device, etc.) and other products and materials should not be mixed. Electronic cigarettes and e-cigarette related products need to be packed separately.
3. Requirements for the shipping mark (warehouse receipt number) of the sample:
Shipping mark: XFXCOL+ Five digits – Exhibition number – Total cases – number of cases, e.g. : XFXCOL01029-E6-5-01, before shipment, we need to ask our customer service to provide the shipping mark, and print out the shipping mark with heat-sensitive paper according to the shipping mark provided by our customer service, paste two copies on the outer box of each box, and wrap several rolls of adhesive tape to ensure that the shipping mark is not damaged in transit.
4. Filling requirements for sample invoice packing list
① Each brand of e-cigarette corresponding to each model, each flavor, and each quantity should be filled out in detail.
② All the items with * on the invoice need to be filled out in detail according to the template of the invoice packing list provided by our customer service.
