Nubia has unveiled the screen specifications of their latest flagship smartphone, the Nubia Z50S Pro. This device is the “most unique video-oriented flagship of the year.”
Their official Weibo account indicates that the Nubia Z50S Pro boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K super retina-level eye-friendly display with an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 93.89%.
The screen features a full-screen blue diamond arrangement and reduces power consumption by incorporating the power-efficient BOE Q9 luminescent material. It supports 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, global DC dimming, and AI intelligent brightness adjustment. With a pixel density of 452 PPI, the screen delivers a local peak brightness of 1200nit and an instantaneous peak sampling rate of 1000Hz. Additionally, it supports the whole 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
The Z50S Pro has two color options, featuring the “classic camera design with calfskin glass” and a stitched back cover. The rear panel houses a triple-camera setup.
In terms of specifications, the Z50S Pro will be powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It will have a sizable 5100mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The rear camera setup comprises a 50Mp 35mm main camera, a 50Mp 13mm ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 80mm vertical medium-telephoto lens.
