Blogger Digital chat site pointed out that this is Xiaomi’s upcoming annual flagship Mi 14, which is wearing a secret shell. As shown in the figure, the Mi 14 adopts a center hole straight screen, which will be the most powerful high-end flagship in the history of Xiaomi.
It is reported that the Mi 14 uses a 1.5K screen with a border close to 1mm, which is the narrowest straight screen flagship in the industry. This screen is provided by Huaxing, and its lower frame has optimized and innovated the new circuit structure, transferring the Fanout wiring to the inside of the display area, saving the fanout wiring space required by the lower frame, making the lower frame narrower than the existing product by at least 20%.
In addition, Xiaomi 14 first equipped with self-developed surging OS. It is understood that Xiaomi Surging OS is based on the integration of deeply evolved Android and self-developed Vela system, completely rewriting the underlying architecture, and creating a public base for the Internet of everything for the next 10 billion devices and 10 billion connections.
“It’s a super big engineering system, so our engineers call it ‘Xiaomi HyperOS,'” Lei said. The first device equipped with Xiaomi Surging OS is the Xiaomi 14, which will bring a leapfrog upgrade.
