On July 9th, Igeekphone reported that the blogger Digital Chat Station exposed the parameter information of the Xiaomi Pad 8 series. This series does not feature Xiaomi’s self-developed Xuanjie chip but instead opts for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship platform. The new product is expected to debut in September and is likely to be released together with the Xiaomi 16 series.
The blogger also revealed that the Xiaomi Pad 8 series will feature an LCD screen with a size ranging from 11 to 12 inches. Xiaomi will develop some exclusive gaming features, and this will be the most powerful Xiaomi pad.

It is reported that the Xiaomi Pad 8 series will include at least two models. The standard version of the Xiaomi Pad 8 is code-named yupei, while the Pro version is code-named piano. It is equipped with a large-capacity battery, supports ultra-fast flash charging, and is powered by the brand-new Pengpai OS system.
Currently, the tablet version of Pengpai OS supports PC-level Office software, such as CAD drawing software, WPS Office, CAJViewer, etc., providing a PC-level document editing experience. At the same time, it offers functions like AI-assisted writing and AI-generated PPTS.
Moreover, the Pengpai OS supports opening 145 file formats, including commonly used file formats such as PS and 3D models by designers, making it convenient for creative presentation and easy to organize and read.
