Igeekphone News July 29th: Tech media MacRumors published a blog post today (July 29th), sharing pictures taken outdoors by @Skyfops, showcasing a prototype of an iPhone 17 Pro, and stating: An iPhone under test and development was discovered in the wild. The tweet was subsequently retweeted by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg.
In one of the
photos, a person wearing reflective sunglasses is holding an iPhone that seems to be wrapped in a thick black protective case. This case might be designed to disguise the iPhone 17 Pro in public places. They were also holding an iPhone 16 Pro with a label on the back. This label might hide data matrix codes, allowing Apple to track the employee phones used for development.

It was previously reported that there would be a rectangular camera protrusion on the back of the device, and the LED flash, rear microphone and LiDAR scanner are expected to be vertically arranged on the right side of the protrusion. In the photo, there seems to be a circular opening in the upper right corner of the device, which might be an LED flash and a LiDAR scanner.
