Igeekphone News, September 9th: Xiaomi released the Mi Home Electric Heater 2 Temperature Control Edition today. It features instant heating within 5 seconds and a power output of 2200W, priced at 309 yuan.
According to Xiaomi, this electric heater has upgraded the internal heat conduction flow channel of the heating element, enabling turbulent heating. With a heating power of 2200W, it can heat up immediately after being powered on in 5 seconds and increase the temperature by 16°C in 1 hour. Compared with the first-generation product, its efficiency has improved by 15%. The main body of the electric heater also adopts a bidirectional heat dissipation design on the front and top, allowing the heat flow to rise from bottom to top and drive the air circulation in the room for heating.

This electric heater uses natural heat convection for heating and convection heating design. It is claimed to have “no obvious wind sensation”, which can reduce the loss of moisture in the air and alleviate phenomena such as dry skin on the human body. The machine operates almost silently, and when combined with a low-light indicator light, it is convenient to operate at night.
In terms of humanized design, this electric heater is also equipped with a temperature control system that supports automatic temperature adjustment. It will automatically continue heating when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature and automatically stop when the preset temperature is reached. There are dual knobs for gear setting and temperature control built-in on the side. Users can set the temperature through the temperature control knob and then switch the heating power by rotating the gear switch. The overall logic is relatively simple.

In addition, this electric heater is equipped with an integrated clothes drying rack, which can bear a maximum weight of 1.5kg. The body supports IPX4 water resistance and can be used in scenarios such as showering. It also features safety functions such as automatic power-off when tilted and overheat protection.
