According to the page test data, the model of vivo X300 Ultra is V2547DA. The page information indicates that this device is equipped with the fifth-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Supreme Edition chip, and has 16GB of extremely large memory. It runs the Android 16 system and can easily handle high-intensity multitasking, large-scale games, and complex AI computations.

The Vivo X300 Ultra mobile phone is equipped with a “3+2” Zeiss lens group. The ultra-wide-angle lens is a 1/1.28-inch Sony LYTIA 818. It incorporates the third-generation Vivo VCS bionic spectral technology and Zeiss T* coating. The image stabilization level reaches CIPA 6.0, and the equivalent light intake has increased by 100% compared to the previous generation.

The main camera of this device is the world’s first Sony LYTIA 901. It features a 1/1.12-inch 2 billion-pixel design, offering better image quality compared to the previous model. It is equipped with Zeiss T* coating and has a 1G + 6P lens structure, effectively reducing the reflection rate by 20%.
The Zeiss 200 million pixel telephoto lens of this mobile phone uses a Samsung HP0 sensor, with a size of 1/1.4 inches.
