The latest exterior image has once again confirmed that the iPhone 18 Pro series will debut the smaller Dynamic Island screen. Compared to the previous Dynamic Island cutout area, it is significantly smaller.
According to supply chain information, the width of the (dynamic island) in the iPhone 18 Pro series has been reduced from 20.76 millimeters in the previous generation to 13.49 millimeters, with an area reduction of approximately 35%.

This is the first time that the Lingdong Island has undergone a significant slimming process. The screen-to-body ratio has exceeded 95%, significantly reducing the obstruction during horizontal screen viewing and gaming.
The overall layout on the front remains unchanged, still centered. The under-screen Face ID solution is not adopted, and the front camera retains its position in the center at the top.
The screen size remains the same as that of the Pro version at 6.3 inches and the Pro Max version at 6.9 inches. The peak brightness of the ultra-retina XDR panel has been increased to 2600 nits, enhancing outdoor visibility.

The body adopts an aluminum metal frame and AG matte glass design. The Pro version is approximately 8.3 millimeters thick, the Pro Max version is about 8.9 millimeters thick, and the weight has been slightly adjusted.
A new dark cherry red (Burgundy red) main color is added, featuring low saturation matte texture. Additionally, new colors such as misty violet and deep space gray blue are available for selection.
The rear triple-camera module design remains unchanged. The camera protrusions have been slightly adjusted. The imaging system has been upgraded to a variable aperture main camera, further optimizing the imaging effect.

The current design has been finalized and is now in the final verification stage before entering mass production. There may be some minor adjustments to the details in the future.
