Igeekphone News, May 15th: Recently, Honor presented its first robot phone (Robot Phone) with great impact at the Cannes Film Festival, and became the sole video partner in the history of the Cannes China Night.
As a brand-new species in the industry, the Honor Robot Phone, through its self-developed industry’s smallest 4DoF gimbal system, endows the phone with a flexible “body”; combined with the powerful “brain” created by multi-modal intelligent agents, it achieves a deep coupling of AI and hardware.

In the field of imaging, Honor has entered into a strategic technological partnership with the benchmark brand ARI (Arri), which defines the standards of the film industry. This partnership has transformed the master-level imaging science – such as exclusive color science, film texture filters, and professional imaging workflow – into accessible mobile imaging experiences. It has officially kicked off a new journey for the future of mobile imaging.
The most significant news is that the CEO of Honor, Li Jian, has officially announced that the Honor Robot Phone will be officially launched in the third quarter of this year.

The most distinctive feature of the Honor Robot Phone is that it is equipped with a concealed mechanical arm gimbal. When not in use, it can be stored inside the device. When in use, it can be unfolded with one click, making the phone “able to move” and enabling it to achieve fully automatic composition, target tracking, and extreme anti-shake capabilities.
It can achieve 360° rotation tracking and fully automatic composition functions. Its anti-shake performance reaches CIPA 5.5 level, and the picture stability in running scenes has been significantly improved.

The official also once stated that it has an extremely powerful AI brain that can understand everything at any time; it possesses the super strong action ability of a robot to share your daily life moments with you; and it can even transform into your personal camera to sensitively capture every precious and loving moment.

Moreover, the on-device large model YOYO of the Honor robot phone has the ability of emotional perception. It can proactively care for users, recommend content, and manage all-scenario ecological devices, transforming into the user’s personal assistant and creative partner.
