Igeekphone reported on June 16th that the launch event for the new Vivo X Fold6 foldable phone will be held at 19:00 on June 26th. The new product is now available for online pre-orders across all platforms.
According to previous reports by Igeekphone, this new device offers the “Blue Abyss” color option. It features a more rounded R-corner design and is equipped with a 2.5D edge-metal frame.
In terms of imaging, the vivo X Fold6 aims to create the strongest foldable imaging flagship, and it is also a “foldable sub-model of the V series”. The folding device features an ultra-powerful 200-megapixel sensor, the first launch of the Zeiss APO super telephoto lens, and is equipped with the Blueprint imaging chip V3+. It supports the equivalent 200mm vivo Zeiss telephoto lens G2, supports Blueprint native colors, Blueprint color palette, and a variety of color styles.

In addition, both the inner and outer screens of this device are equipped with the latest and most powerful generation of light-emitting materials. Among them, the inner screen of the Samsung M14, which was the first to feature a foldable design, has a higher peak brightness and lower power consumption.
The Vivo X Fold6 is equipped with the Tianyi 9500 Ultra Edition, which is claimed to be “designed specifically for large-screen foldable devices”. Its peak performance of the NPU has increased by 111% compared to the previous generation, and its power consumption has been further optimized by 56%. The computing power has doubled while power consumption has been halved. It has also been deeply adapted for the large screen and AI functions of the X Fold6.
