When OXVA released the original NeXLIM, vapers fell in love with the flavor but instantly began asking for something more compact, a device with the same robust pod life but tailored for easy everyday carry. OXVA listened, delivering the OXVA NeXLIM 2 Mini.
By stripping away the bulky screen of the standard NeXLIM 2 and focusing on a ultra-portable, premium metal chassis, OXVA has crafted a brilliant stealth vape. Here is our hands-on review of how the NeXLIM 2 Mini performs, how to use it, and why it might just be the perfect daily driver.
Performance
Do not let the “Mini” label fool you. OXVA has packed its flagship Dual Mesh Technology directly into this smaller frame.
In everyday testing, the vapor production is incredibly smooth and consistent. Because it uses the brand-new UNITECH 3.0 cartridges, the flavor is remarkably crisp. Complex e-liquid layers, especially icy fruits and rich desserts, shine beautifully.
The biggest performance highlight is the choice between two distinct power modes:
-
ECO Mode: This is the sweet spot for Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) vapers. It optimizes battery life and extends your pod’s lifespan, delivering up to 30 refills (about 120ml of e-liquid) before you notice any drop in flavor.
-
BOOST Mode: This mode pushes the Dual Mesh coil to its limits, instantly delivering warmer, denser clouds and a 200% flavor boost. It is perfect for those moments when you want a stronger, more satisfying throat hit.
How to Use the NeXLIM 2 Mini
OXVA designed the OXVA NeXLIM 2 Mini to be completely hassle-free. There are no complicated screen menus to navigate. Here is how simple it is to operate:
-
Step 1: Fill and Wait. Pull out the UNITECH 3.0 cartridge, lift the side silicone plug, fill it with your favorite e-liquid, and let it sit for 5 minutes so the organic cotton fully saturates.
-
Step 2: Adjust Your Mode. The device does not have a physical button on the front. Instead, it features a highly responsive Touch Switch on the side. Quickly double-tap this touch sensor to cycle between BOOST and ECO modes.
-
Step 3: Dial in Your Airflow. Use the physical sliding switch on the side of the device to adjust your draw. It features 3-level precision control, allowing you to slide from a tight, warm MTL draw to a loose, airy Restricted Direct Lung (RDL) vape.
-
Step 4: Inhale to Vape. The device is strictly draw-activated. Just take a puff, and the sensor handles the rest.
Reading the LED Status Indicator
A sleek 3-color LED light near the base keeps you updated on both your battery capacity and active vaping modes:
| LED Color | Battery Level | Mode Indication |
|---|---|---|
| Green | 100% – 65% | Colorful Flash: Active BOOST Mode |
| Blue | 65% – 30% | Single-Color Flash: Active ECO Mode |
| Red | Under 30% | Needs charging soon |
Key Advantages
The OXVA NeXLIM 2 Mini stands out in the crowded pod market due to several practical design choices:
-
Pocket-Friendly 1500mAh Battery: Most ultra-compact pod vapes compromise on battery, dropping to 800mAh or 1000mAh. Packing a robust 1500mAh battery into this tiny metal frame ensures you easily get a full day of heavy vaping.
-
2A Fast Charging: When you finally run low, the 5V/2A Type-C fast charging gets the device back to 80% in just 30 minutes.
-
4ml E-Liquid Capacity: In a market dominated by 2ml pods, the 4ml capacity means you can go all day without carrying an e-liquid bottle with you.
-
3X Enhanced Anti-Leak: Thanks to the enlarged condensate storage chamber in the UNITECH 3.0 pods, messy leaks and spitback are virtually eliminated.

Verdict
OXVA NeXLIM 2 Mini is a highly successful release. It delivers the top-tier flavor and leak-proof performance of the larger flagship model, but wraps it in a tough, gorgeous aerospace-grade aluminum body that slips effortlessly into your pocket. If you value durable metal builds, long-lasting pods, and simple touch controls, the Mini is a phenomenal choice.
