Alfawise is brand that somehow is follow the steps of Xiaomi, offering household devices (Some with IoT capabilities) and miniPC or Android TvBox’s with good performance. The brand take a next step offering its first tablet, the Alfawise Tab, a eight inches tablet that has enough power to challenge the big brands in the same field.
Design
With a form factor that resemble us the iPad Mini, the Alfawise Tab also have a premium design with high-end material. This device is made from aircraft grade aluminum on the back, where you can find its 8mpx sensor camera. In front we have a corner to corner glass on top the 8″ 2K screen, below there’s a row of haptic buttons and a selfie camera on top. The only color available is Golden.
In the box you will find the Alfawise Tab, power brick, charging/data USB cable. There’s no case included in the package.
Hardware
Alfawise Tab mounts a Mediatek MT8173 SoC that has two high-performance ARM Cortex-A72 CPU cores up to 2GHz and two Cortex-A53 low-power cores while in the graphical section we have the powerful Power VR GX6250 GPU, a processor that already we know in iGeekphone. It also includes 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, 6200mAh battery, Wifi dual band ac, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio and GPS.
The screen is a 7.9 “IPS with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and at the top we find a light sensor and a 5MP camera, companion of the rear of 8MP. At the level of connectivity we have only a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port and it seems that it does not have a microSD card reader. As with other devices in its range, this tablet includes a metal body with a thickness of 7mm and stereo speakers. The operating system included is Android 6.0.
Review

Almost share the same hardware configuration than the last two mentioned, which is capable of reach up-to 61,000 point on Antutu. This enough power to manage all the task you throw, from all your social media, video streaming (upto 4K) or playing 3D games without issues.
