Miui 10 was announced a week ago, by the VP of Xiaomi Hong Feng in China. The new MIUI 10 will feature what Miui 9 didn’t, the Smart Assistant. we all apprehend that the smart assistants are getting more popular day by day, and in Miui 9 Xiaomi tried to include their version of the assistant, however, it didn’t create it through the official build, and MIUI 10 will concentrate on AI more. Recently, Xiaomi releases a list of MIUI 10 eligible devices and there are 40, inspect the list and check if your device is in it or not.
MIUI 10 Eligible Devices is Mi 6, Mi 5/5s/Plus, Mi 4, Mi 3, Mi 4S, Mi 4c,Mi Mix,Mi Mix 2,Redmi Y1/Lite,Mi Note 2,Mi Note 3,Redmi Note 3/Pro,Redmi Note 4/4X,Redmi 5A,Mi A1 Redmi Note 5A,Mi 5X,Mi Max,Mi Max 2,Redmi 4/4X,Redmi 4A,Redmi 3/3s/Prime,Redmi Pro,Redmi 3x and Mi Pad. But considering the MIUI 10 update, not all Xiaomi devices will receive it. The company has officially announced on MIUI Forum saying that MIUI updates will be suspended for few of Xiaomi devices after the MIUI 9 update.
Here the Xiaomi phones which will not eligible for MIUI 10 Update, Mi 2/2S, Mi Note, Mi 4i, Redmi Note 4G, Redmi 2 and Redmi 2 Prime.

Therefore, MIUI performance is constantly improved to deliver higher and better system expertise to all users.

However, to make sure the best performance of MIUI, we’ve to create a tough decision of suspending the update of 6 devices after a long-time discussion and analysis concerning the release time of devices, active users, hardware performance, etc.”
