Recently published images of the alleged Xiaomi Mi 6X and its covers say a lot about the appearance of the future novelty. Today was another photo of the back of the phone. The quality of the spy image leaves much to be desired, but it allegedly captured the blanks of the back panel of the case in one of the production sites. Judging by the many covers that we see in the picture, we can conclude that the company has already launched the production of the Mi 6X model.
The main camera of the smartphone will be presented by two modules, which will be located vertically in the upper left corner of the rear panel. This is indicated by the cutout in the metal workpiece of the corresponding shape. There will also be a fingerprint scanner behind. In this regard, we can assume that the Xiaomi Mi 6X will receive a screen with an aspect ratio of 18: 9. Since this is a model of the average price segment, the diagonal of its screen will be about 6 inches, and the resolution – 2160 x 1080 pixels (Full HD +). The lack of a Touch ID on the front panel can indicate a minimum of the top and bottom.
Xiaomi Mi 6X body according to rumors, the smartphone will be equipped with a chipset of its own production, which should be called Surge S2 which manufactured by TSMC’s 16nm process technology. The CPU part has 8 cores with a frequency of 2.2GHz. Part of the integrated graphics processor is the Mali G71 MP8, which supports UFS 2.1 Flash and LPDDR4 memory and it is expected that his presentation should be held within the framework of the exhibition MWC 2018.
From this, it follows that Mi 6X will not be presented at this event. The fact that the announcement of the Xiaomi Mi 6X can take place at the Mobile World Congress instead of the presentation of the flagship Mi 7, we have already told repeatedly.
Nevertheless, the output of this model causes us some puzzlement so early. The Mi 5X was introduced at the end of July last year. Because some experts insist that the Mi 6X should not wait until next summer. In this there is logic, and then in Barcelona, we should show a successor for the smartphone Xiaomi Mi 5c.

According to the leaks, in addition to the gray (silver) color solution, Xiaomi Mi 6X will be available in black with a matte finish and golden or pink. As for the price, according to the price of Mi 5X 1499 yuan($238.96), thus Mi 6X price should be consistent with the previous generation, it’s not clear yet.
