Xiaomi, after presenting MIUI 9 in November of 2017, is now when it has deployed stable ROM for all compatible Xiaomi phones. Manu Kumar Jain, VP, head of India of Xiaomi made an announcement on Twitter about this update.
With this global deployment, the company covers even the company’s oldest phones: Redmi 1S and Mi 3. Users of Xiaomi terminals will receive a notice for the update via OTA, otherwise, users can access Software Configuration and manually verify the update. The devices that receive the update are Redmi 2 / Prime, Redmi 4A, Mi MIX 2, Redmi Note 4 and Redmi Note 5 Pro …
MIUI 9 comes with a set of features that affect usability, performance, and optimizations for an enhanced experience.
