On August 11th, Igeekphone reported that recently, overseas digital media disclosed a set of photos suspected to be screen protectors for the iPhone 17 series, which for the first time showed the screen size differences between the upcoming iPhone 17 Air and other models.
According to the picture, the screen size of the iPhone 17 Air is between that of the iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The sequence of the pictures is as follows: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Air, and finally iPhone 17 Pro Max.

According to current rumors, the iPhone 17 Air may be equipped with an OLED screen, with an expected diagonal size of approximately 6.6 inches. Some reports suggest it could reach 6.7 inches, similar to the iPhone 16 Plus that will be replaced. The screen resolution is expected to be 2740×1260 and it will be made of Samsung M14 material.
The iPhone 17 will be equipped with a 6.3-inch screen, while the Pro Max may have a large 6.7-inch screen.
Although the leaked images this time do not provide precise digital specifications, the visual arrangement reveals the thinner design positioning of the iPhone 17 Air, between the “standard version” and the “Pro Max”, and perhaps it is more suitable for users who pursue a thin, light and portable experience to choose.
