Google teaser has come out that they will hold Google I/O 2017 in May, according to its procedure, the new generation Android OS will be unveiled. So we call it Android 8.0 right now. Do you have any expectation about Android 8.0?
Other media leaks that Google is adding a new function call ‘Copy Less’, aiming at simplifying the procedure about text copy and paste, but currently we have no idea will this function appear attached with output method or as system feature come out?
Last year, Google has added the function about ‘search and share contacts information’ for Gboard output, which makes users no need to switch apps, just operate directly by keyboard to get the result of searching and sharing, This new function will make input method automatically recognize users’ input method to avoid not conveniently copying or paste when users chatting with their friends.
In IOS, system will automatically recognize the address and time in the text, users can click to create activity or add the schedule to the daily work.And Google is trying to use this feature on Android OS.
In addition, Google will add quick gesture operation function for new OS, Android 8.0 OS, namely, it can fill automatically to quickly make phone call or launch apps, for example, users just draws a ‘C’ , Android will show the apps or contacts including ‘C’.
