Igeekphone reported on March 5th that Apple has released the iOS/iPadOS 26.3.1 update (internal version number: 23D8133) for iPhone and iPad users today. This update was released 21 days after the last official version.
It should be noted that due to the caching configuration issues of the regional node servers of Apple, there might be a slight delay in detecting the upgrade update in some areas. Generally, it won’t take too long, within half an hour.

The update log states: “This update expands the support for external displays to include Studio Display (2026) and Studio Display XDR, while also including bug fixes for iPhone.”
This update is applicable to iPhone 11 and subsequent models, which include all iPhones released in 2019 and later, and also covers iPhone SE 2 and iPhone SE 3.

Apple’s usual practice did not disclose any detailed information. Apart from expanding support for the new Studio Display and Studio Display XDR, it mainly fixed some bugs and vulnerabilities.
