March 19 news, Asus released the new Ascent GX10 mini machine, equipped with NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip chip provided by Nvidia, its AI computing power up to 1000 TOPS, The ability to efficiently run large language models (LLMS) with more than 200 billion parameters provides AI developers and enterprises with powerful local computing power.
The NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip consists of a Blackwell GPU and a Grace CPU, optimized for a compact form factor and capable of running large language models with more than 200 billion parameters.
The Grace CPU has a total of 20 Arm cores to enhance data preprocessing and orchestration, accelerate model tuning and real-time inference.
The Ascent GX10 comes with 128GB of LPDDR5X unified memory, providing ample memory support for large AI models.
In addition, thanks to the integrated NVIDIA ConnectX-7 NIC port, users can connect two Ascent GX10s together for local scaling to handle larger AI models, such as Llama 3.1 with parameters up to 405 billion.
The Ascent GX10 is not only suitable for on-premises AI development and testing, but also seamlessly integrates with NVIDIA DGX Cloud or other accelerated cloud, data center infrastructure. Users can move their on-premises development environment to the cloud with virtually no code adjustments, dramatically simplifying the prototyping, fine-tuning, and iteration of AI models.
