Elephone loves to announce the device, forget about its existence for 6 or even a year, and then introduce a new device with the same name, but slightly modified parameters. This is the fate of the Elephone U3H. Such a device has already caught my eye this spring, but what has been released now with that of the previous smartphone has little in common. Elephone U3H is an ordinary mid-range Chinese device. It means that at a relatively low price, the new product boasts good characteristics, but, of course, it is far from ideal. Design
The body is made out of Plastic which makes the phone light in weight. The display technology of the smartphone is IPS with a screen size of 6.35 inches IPS FHD+ Display (1080 x 2340 Pixels). with 2.98mm ultra-small in-screen camera which might be too small to notice sometimes, offering you all-new full-screen experience. Elephone has chosen a punch-hole display, with the hole in the left corner occupied by the front camera. And it is probably thanks to this design that the smartphone is very compact with a frame that measures just 162.4 x 77.3 x 8.3 millimeters.

The U3H comes with a rear-placed fingerprint scanner, dual Nano-SIM slot with support for 4G LTE network, a 3500mAh battery, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type-C interface. Interestingly, the device runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) out of the box with a promised upgrade to Android 10.0.

On the back, instead, there is a dual-camera designed for professional shots, composed of a 48MP main sensor and a secondary one for the depth of field, with an interposed LED flash and artificial intelligence technology to support. The fingerprint sensor in the back suggests that the new model of the Elephone U-Series will not be very expensive and the company has opted for a slightly older but cheaper solution. On the sides, we note the speaker, a slot for microSD cards and a USB Type-C port on the bottom that will be used for charging, for data connection and also to replace the audio jack that is absent.
