VPR Brands (OTC: VPRB), an American manufacturer of cannabis atomization equipment, announced an exclusive distribution and licensing agreement with Associated Supply LLC, a licensed distributor in New York State, to promote the expansion of the ELF brand in the adult cannabis market in New York State. The ELF brand is a proprietary brand under VPR Brands, LP.
Associated Supply was granted a distribution license for adult marijuana by the state government in March 2025. According to the agreement, the company will exclusively sell ELF brand pre-filled marijuana e-cigarettes and accessories throughout the entire state of New York.
VPR Brands said that the retail sales of marijuana for adults in New York State exceeded 1 billion US dollars in 2024, among which marijuana e-cigarette products accounted for approximately 27%.
The cooperation between the two sides covers exclusive distribution rights, joint marketing promotion and product strategy formulation. Initially, we will focus on pre-filled atomizers, and later expand to related accessories.
