Igeekphone News, June 3rd: Google is about to launch the Pixel 10 series of mobile phones, which includes Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and the foldable version Pixel 10 Pro Fold. According to Android Headlines, Google will officially launch the series at its “Made by Google” event on August 20, 2025. Meanwhile, pre-orders will start on August 20th, and product shipments are scheduled for August 28th. At that time, consumers will also be able to purchase the related products in physical stores.
It was previously reported that Google might release the Pixel 10 series ahead of schedule because Google invited some super Pixel fans last week to experience the new products in advance on June 25th. However, the latest confirmed information indicates that the release date of this series has not been advanced and is still scheduled for August 20th as originally planned.
From the perspective of appearance design, the Pixel 10 series is basically consistent with the previous generation Pixel 9 series. Previously, CAD renderings showed that the various models of the Pixel 10 series mobile phones did not have much change in appearance compared with the previous generation products. Although some consumers once expected that the Pixel 10 could have a significant breakthrough in design, Google chose to continue the design style of the Pixel 9. The design of Pixel 9 was once widely praised, so it is reasonable that Pixel 10 follows its design style. However, Google may make some optimizations and improvements to the design of Pixel 10 in details.
Furthermore, Google may also launch the Pixel Watch 4 at the press conference on August 20th.
Igeekphone noticed that the release time of the Pixel 10 series was one week later than that of the Pixel 9 last year. Last year’s Pixel 9 was released on August 13th, while this year’s Pixel 10 series was postponed to August 20th.
