It is equipped with a 1.97-inch AMOLED color touch screen, featuring an ultra-narrow bezel design. The screen-to-body ratio has been increased to 85%, with a resolution of 390×450 pixels and a pixel density of 282PPI. It supports a 100%DCI-P3 wide color gamut and a peak brightness of 500 nits.
The watch body is only 9.2mm thick and weighs as little as 38g (excluding the strap), which is 20% lighter than the average weight of smartwatches at the same price range. It supports 5ATM water resistance and IP68 dust and water resistance.
The watch body is made of PC material and features a matte finish, available in three color options: obsidian black, spruce green, and cherry blossom pink. It is equipped with a quick-release silicone strap, with a width of 20mm, and supports the replacement of third-party straps made of leather or nylon.
In terms of health monitoring, the Honor Watch X5 is equipped with an optical heart rate sensor, supporting 24-hour real-time heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen saturation detection. It can automatically identify sleep status and detect sleep blood oxygen, generating a sleep quality report. It also supports stress monitoring and female menstrual cycle reminder functions.
In terms of exercise modes, over 100 types of exercises are preset, including common activities such as running, cycling, swimming (pool mode), rope skipping, and yoga. During the exercise, heart rate, exercise duration, and calorie consumption data can be recorded in real time, and a personalized exercise report will be generated after the exercise.
Adopting a low-power chip solution, the battery life can reach up to 14 days under normal usage scenarios. After enabling the power-saving mode, only the time display and basic health monitoring are retained, and the battery life is extended to 30 days.
Supports Bluetooth 5.3 connection, can synchronize mobile phone notifications (wechat, text messages, phone calls, APP messages), and also supports mobile phone music remote control and mobile phone photo remote control functions.
