In September 2022, Huami Amazfit launched the GTR 4 watch, and it has now released a limited edition version of the popular smartwatch. While the Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition shares many of the features and specifications of the standard model, it also has a unique design that sets it apart. 
One of the most noticeable differences is the crown of the Limited Edition watch. Made from 316L stainless steel and engraved with “Amazfit,” the crown also features buttons that look different from those found on the regular GTR 4. The middle frame of the watch is also made of stainless steel, and the back panel is crafted from glass ceramic, unlike the aluminum alloy frame and high-gloss painted PC back panel found on the standard model.
The Limited Edition also has a fluoro rubber strap, while the regular GTR 4 has fluoro rubber, liquid silicone, and leather nylon straps. Both versions have a classic pin closure and are adjustable from 150-215mm in width.
While the Limited Edition is slightly thicker and heavier than the standard model, it offers even more battery life in power-saving mode, rich usage scenarios, precision GPS mode, and battery-saving GPS mode. However, the regular GTR 4 offers higher battery life in Balanced GPS mode than the Limited Edition. Both models claim up to 50 days of use in clock mode.
Despite being a limited edition, the Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition is available in a single infinite black color and is priced at $249.99, $50 more expensive than the regular model.
In conclusion, while the Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition shares most of the features and specifications of the standard model, it also boasts a unique design that sets it apart. With a premium stainless steel crown, middle frame, and a glass-ceramic back panel, this limited edition smartwatch is a standout device.
