Design
WalkingPad R2 is based on the success from last year, and although most are the same, there are some small changes that make the product even better. Quick and easy installation
The assembly of the WalkingPad R2 is done in a few minutes. You fasten these properly by screwing on two knobs on each side (considerably easier than on the R1 Pro), and then you take one half of the band that lies folded over the lower part and pull/lift backward so that it gradually touches the substrate.
For safety’s sake, it comes with a safety cable that attaches to the handlebars and that you can choose to attach somewhere on your body when you walk, or you can just let it hang loose. However, it is absolutely necessary that you plug it into the mill for it to work at all. Then it is recommended to download the partner app (KingSmith Fit App) on the mobile which makes it possible to connect the mill to the phone using Bluetooth so that you can control it from the phone. The WalkingPad R2 is equipped with a brand new brushless motor. The brushless motor is better able to keep the noise development low during training and to improve the maximum load on the treadmill. And the long-term operation test improved the duration and stability.
Verdict
Thanks to its compact size and low weight, the Kingsmith WalkingPad R2 is a unique product that can fit anywhere, and it simplifies the opportunity to be active in situations where it would otherwise have been difficult. It is super easy to assemble, starts and stops quickly, and makes minimal noise. In our eyes, the WalkingPad R2 is a very good buy, and if it had been up to us, it would have been printed on a blue prescription.
